Project & Process

Starting a project is simple. You can reach out to us via our contact page, email, or phone. We will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your vision, requirements, and budget. From there, we move to the planning and proposal phase.

Timelines vary significantly depending on project size and complexity. A small commercial fit-out might take 3-4 months, while a large-scale development could take 18-24 months. We provide a detailed schedule during the pre-construction phase.

We offer both general contracting and design-build services. In a design-build model, we handle both design and construction under one contract, streamlining the process and fostering better collaboration.
